Class Descriptions & Class Schedule

ALL LEVELS
Classes for students of any level of experience. With Hatha yoga at their core, classes incorporate postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and meditation to exercise the body, reduce stress and advance self-realization. All levels classes blend many yoga styles. No yoga experience necessary.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
A dynamic, alignment-based Vinyasa flow class, which uses breath and movement to explore balance, strength and flexibility. More challenging poses are also explored. Often, the challenge lies in learning to let go... For experienced students only.

GENTLE FLOW AND RESTORATIVE
Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga is a way to get in touch with your body through a slow and gentle yoga flow. Some poses are more fluid using breath to ease movement and lubricate joints, and then move into longer restorative poses. These longer poses soothe joints and muscles and facilitate flexibility. This class is for all levels. Beginners and seasoned yogis welcome.

A women's only all level class .Open to women of all abilities.
